All orders are shipped via stamped letter mail. I do not currently offer order tracking. Please allow for 1-5 days for your order to arrive.

• Signups for each mail club edition end on the 12th and your mail will ship on the 15th of the month! For Example, if you join on the 13th of June, the first letter you will receive will be for July.
  
• Goblin Grins Mail club is shipped via stamped, letter mail to keep costs low for you! This does not include tracking so please allow for 1-2 weeks for your mail to arrive.
  
• If you purchase a subscription with other items they will ship separately. 
  
• You can manage your subscription by clicking 'my account' and 'manage subscription'. There you can cancel or skip a month any time!

I do not offer any refunds or returns at this time. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to me and I will do my best to make things right!
